Do you recall the time before business publishers abandoned their editorial standards and gifted control of their pages to advertisers and industry groups?
Do you remember the time when business magazines stood for something:
independent editorial; forthright opinions; cogent analysis; sector expertise; thought leadership; campaigning journalism, and quality writing?
We do!
That's why Purple Cow Media exists. Our sole aim is to bring back the days of in- depth, wholly independent editorial; the days when advertisers and sponsors still competed for prime position - but so they could be associated with thought leadership, not advertorial.
In some magazines, it's accepted that vendors can influence - perhaps even dictate - content. But no one respects those publications and, more importantly, no one cares what they say. A magazine that no one cares about is a waste of paper - or just a few million pixels that will never light up someone's screen, let alone ever give them useful, incisive information that speaks to them about their careers and the industries they work in.
