Real-time, price-benchmarking data on business process outsourcing
HfS Research, an analyst firm, has launched a price-benchmarking practice, the Hfs BPO PriceIndicator, to cover business process outsourcing functions, such as finance and accounting, procurement, HR. It also includes industry-specific outsourcing functions, including healthcare, insurance and banking.
The tool delivers real-time price benchmarks for supporting enterprises with new BPO engagements and contract renegotiations. HfS analysts mine data from the company's research BPO contract database to produce price ranges for different staffing roles across 12 major outsourcing destination countries.
HfS analysts also track and analyse local labour rates, exchange-rate fluctuations, service-provider margins, real estate and IT infrastructure costs, tax and benefit charges, and other related costs to produce a lens into today's BPO pricing.
