TalkTalk appoints BMC to 3 year Print Management remit
TalkTalk Group has awarded a three-year print management contract to Banner Managed Communication (BMC) after a rigorous competitive tender process.
One of the key reasons BMC was awarded the contract was the excellent client services they have provided to TalkTalk during the past five years. In that time BMC has proved a reliable and much-valued supplier. BMC has helped TalkTalk consistently deliver their marketing objectives through a robust and flexible supply chain, in addition to significantly improving service and quality levels and driving costs down.
Michele Lockwood, Head of Direct Marketing at TalkTalk commented:

BMC secured a mandated contract with AOL UK (now TalkTalk) to cover their full range of marketing print requirements in 2006. BMC provide a full end-to-end business solution from the management of TalkTalk's print, right through to their logistics, fulfilment, data and response management facilities. The contract involves a wide variety of print activity from dedicated pre-media support, Point-of-Sale, Direct Mail to daily fulfilment campaigns.
BMC will provide an on-site account team consisting of an Account Director, a Senior Account Manager and three Account Managers
